Canadian Solar’s e-STORAGE has recently secured a contract to provide a 498 MWh DC standalone battery energy storage system for Aypa Power’s Bypass Project in Texas. This project, set to be completed in Q3 2025, will be located in Fort Bend County and will cater to the energy needs of the Houston area. Each unit of e-STORAGE’s SolBank 3.0 will contribute 5 MWh to the system, enhancing grid resiliency and supporting the region’s energy demands.
