Investing in Sustainable Energy

The Branicks Renewable Energy Fund focuses on established and high-yield photovoltaic systems and onshore wind power plants in Northern, Central, and Southern Europe. Additionally, it includes technologies such as rooftop systems and charging stations to enhance sustainability efforts.

Collaboration for Sustainability

This initiative is a result of Branicks’ partnership with Encavis Asset Management AG, established in April 2024, to create an independent ‘Renewables’ asset class. The collaboration aims to leverage Encavis AM’s experience as an independent asset manager and advisor for solar and wind power, along with Branicks’ expertise in structuring investment vehicles.

CEO’s Perspective

Sonja WÃĪrntges, CEO of Branicks Group AG, highlights the importance of this move, emphasizing the growing demand for electricity generated on a CO2-free basis. By launching this renewable energy fund, Branicks aims to develop a new asset class focused on sustainability and value appreciation, aligning with the company’s commitment to sustainable practices.

Commitment to Sustainability

Branicks’ expansion into the Renewables asset class is a testament to the company’s dedication to sustainability. With a focus on increasing value and returns through sustainable practices, Branicks aims to further advance its green building initiatives and contribute to a greener future.
