AXS Energia, a prominent company specializing in renewable energy, has recently secured a substantial amount of funding for distributed solar energy projects in Brazil. The company, a subsidiary of AXS Delaware, has successfully obtained $31.3 million to finance solar energy plants across various states in Brazil. This significant operation is a crucial step towards promoting clean and sustainable energy in the region while contributing to job creation and economic growth.

Financing Solar Energy Projects in Brazil

The credit loan secured by AXS Energia will support the construction of 14 solar energy production plants in states like Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, and Paraná. With a combined installed capacity of 39.7 MWp, these projects aim to leverage solar energy for distributed micro and minigeneration. The financial backing for this operation comes from reputable groups like CIFI and Triodos, with XP Investimentos leading the process.

Driving Sustainable Development and Job Creation

By investing in these solar energy projects, AXS Energia is not only reducing carbon emissions but also creating a positive impact on the local economy. The initiative is expected to mitigate over 40,000 tons of CO2 annually and generate more than 760 jobs, both directly and indirectly. This investment will not only benefit the communities involved but also contribute to the overall growth and development of the regions where the plants operate.
